Prospect Park Homes
Construction
|
This project involved the construction of five single-family homes, each thoughtfully designed to balance functionality, durability, and cohesive neighborhood character. Built from the ground up, the homes reflect consistent craftsmanship while allowing for subtle variation in layout and siting. The result is a well-executed residential development that blends seamlessly into its surroundings.

Site Planning & Foundations
Each home was carefully positioned to work with existing grades, access points, and surrounding properties. Site work included excavation, grading, drainage coordination, and foundation construction to ensure long-term structural performance. Thoughtful planning at this stage allowed the homes to feel naturally integrated rather than forced onto the landscape.
Framing & Structural Construction
The homes were framed with a focus on efficiency, strength, and consistency across all five builds. Rooflines, floor systems, and wall assemblies were constructed to meet modern building standards while maintaining a clean, residential scale. Coordinated framing schedules helped maintain momentum while ensuring quality remained consistent from house to house.
Exterior Finishes & Curb Appeal
Exterior materials were selected to provide durability, low maintenance, and timeless appeal. Siding, roofing, windows, and trim details were installed with attention to proportion and detail, creating homes that feel cohesive as a group while still standing on their own. Each residence contributes to a unified streetscape without appearing repetitive.
Completed Homes & Neighborhood Impact
The finished homes deliver comfortable, functional living spaces designed for long-term ownership. Together, the five residences form a cohesive neighborhood presence—well-built, visually consistent, and thoughtfully executed. This project highlights our ability to manage multiple homes simultaneously while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship, organization, and execution.
