Bethel Woods Condo Development
Construction
|
This 37-unit condominium development represented one of the many complex and multifaceted projects we have overseen. Acting as construction and project management lead, our role extended far beyond day-to-day site supervision — coordinating trades, sequencing work across multiple buildings, managing infrastructure, and maintaining quality standards across an entire residential community.

Managing a multi-building, 37-unit residential development requires a fundamentally different approach than single-home construction. Our team oversaw scheduling, trade coordination, material logistics, inspections, and quality control across the entire site — ensuring that work progressed smoothly without delays or conflicts between crews.
Every phase was carefully sequenced to maintain momentum while allowing flexibility for inevitable field conditions. This level of coordination ensured consistent workmanship across all units while keeping the project aligned with timelines and expectations.
Beyond the buildings themselves, the success of this project relied heavily on thoughtful site development. We coordinated excavation, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway preparation to support a growing residential community.
This included managing heavy equipment operations, underground utilities, stormwater considerations, and access roads — all while maintaining safety and minimizing disruption as construction progressed. Proper infrastructure planning laid the foundation for long-term durability and functionality across the entire development.
From foundations to framing, roofing, and exterior finishes, we ensured each building met strict structural and performance standards. The homes were constructed with attention to durability, energy efficiency, and consistency across all units.
Our team coordinated framing crews, roofing installation, siding, windows, and weatherproofing systems to ensure every building envelope was properly sealed and protected. Maintaining uniform quality across dozens of units required constant oversight and a disciplined construction process.
Interior construction across 37 units required meticulous scheduling and trade management. We coordinated plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and finish carpentry — ensuring each trade flowed seamlessly into the next.
By maintaining clear communication and consistent standards, we avoided bottlenecks and rework while delivering interiors that met both functional needs and aesthetic expectations. Every unit received the same level of attention, regardless of where it fell in the construction sequence.
Large-scale projects present constant logistical challenges — material deliveries, equipment staging, weather conditions, and changing site needs. Our role involved daily problem-solving and proactive planning to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
We implemented site organization strategies, coordinated inspections, and adapted schedules in real time to address unforeseen challenges. This hands-on management approach was critical to maintaining progress while protecting both workers and the finished product.
The true success of this project was not just the completion of individual units, but the creation of a cohesive, well-built residential neighborhood. Every decision — from infrastructure to finishes — was made with longevity, livability, and consistency in mind.
By maintaining high standards across all phases of construction, we delivered a development that reflects thoughtful planning, durable craftsmanship, and careful execution. This project stands as a testament to our ability to manage complex, large-scale residential construction while upholding the same values we bring to every home we build.
