We realize that construction is difficult to live through and that is why we work so hard to make it as easy as possible for our clients. Each client is has a project manager who knows the design intimately and will give careful consideration to every phase, every detail. We will talk or meet with our clients on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, depending on what the client’s needs are.
Process Driven
To keep both of us focused on the overall objective of your complete satisfaction, we have adopted procedures for everything involved with your project. Below is a small example of the process of the overall relationship you will have with us to see your project become a success.
Phase I: Getting to know each other. We will meet with you at no cost to discuss your needs, explore design options and help you to create your budget.
Phase II: Design and cost development. We provide a design development service at a minimal investment exploring the most creative practical design approach to fulfill your needs at the budget we establish at our first meeting. From these designs we can furnish you with a committed firm cost for your project.
Phase III: Selections and Building. You will get the best selection service available from suppliers for all your selections. The next phase will be making the design a reality by building it for you. You will be able to take full advantage of all of our resources to insure an efficiently scheduled project and a successful completion.
Phase IV: During and after construction. You will receive top priority attention from your project manager, the designer and our craftsman should changes or questions arise throughout your project. After one year we will return at no cost to touch up any defects and we will even re-tape any joints that have cracked as a result from normal drying out of lumber free of charge.
