How we started
In 1973, Nando Casali founded Casali Companies, in his home at the kitchen table. The company quickly grew out of a vision to deliver a local contractor who could always be found, would return calls, and above all, deliver a quality product. Many years and thousands of satisfied customers later, this vision has grown from one person at a kitchen table to a team of professionals.
Casali Companies is a family-owned, operated company, run by experienced builder and project manager Jim Casali. We are your local custom home builder and we also offer a full range of home services, including remodeling, additions, renovations, heated floors & driveways, commercial work, and site work.

As a family-run business and resident of Fairfield County for over 45 years, James N. Casali Sr. (Jim) knows the true value a home brings to a family. We work hard to provide unsurpassed service that delivers on everything that makes a house, a home.
Jimmy N. Casali Jr.
James N. Casali Jr. (Jimmy) joined the family business and has been working side by side with his father for over 10 years. Casali Companies, specialize in home improvements, new home construction, and home performance and efficiency. We are committed to building and enriching your home with our experience and creative problem-solving while delivering unparalleled service.
Jack T. Casali
Sure, we've grown, Jack T. Casali joined his father (Jim) and brother (Jimmy), but our aim is still to be like a hometown neighbor - reliable, valued and trustworthy. With over 45 years of experience in home construction, additions, remodeling and renovation, Our family works on each and every project alongside each other bringing triple the experience and a trusted team. We know the importance of providing superior work, making sure our customers are well informed, and being 100% accountable for the success of every project.
We have been around for years and in that amount of time have achieved a stellar reputation for professionalism and excellence.
